Dear Patriot, Today, March 31st, the South Carolina House unanimously passed H3004, the Roll Call bill, 110-0.  Only two more steps before this bill becomes law. Next is ratification. It seems that the South Carolina Senate’s Judiciary subcommittee tacked on a bit of a poison pill to the recently passed House H3004. The amendment would/could/more-than-likely kill the Roll Call vote law.
